Ordering & Payment

We keep ordering simple and transparent: request by email, confirm pickup, pay in cash, then receive your PDF download link.

Step-by-step

All guidebooks are digital products. Pickup is used for in-person cash payment and order confirmation.

Step 1

Browse photos and prices in the Guidebooks page. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll help you pick.

Step 2

Email orders@virginiahiker.com with the product name and your preferred pickup time.

Why we ask: we need your email to send the download link and confirm details.

Step 3

We reply by email to confirm the pickup time at our Fort Walton Beach address.

Step 4

Payment is accepted in cash in person. We do not accept online payments.

Safety note

We do not request or accept cash through mail. Please do not send cash by postal services.

Step 5

After pickup is completed, we email your digital guidebook link (PDF). You can download it to any device.

If you have a technical issue accessing your file, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help — or process a refund where applicable.
