How do I place an order?
Browse the Guidebooks page and click “Request by email” (or email us directly). We confirm the pickup time, collect cash payment in person, then email your download link.
Do you accept online payments?
No. We do not accept card payments on this website. Payment is accepted in cash at pickup in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Do I need to pick up a physical product?
No. The products are digital (PDF). Pickup is used for in-person cash payment and order confirmation, after which we email your download link.
What file format will I receive?
PDF. You can open it on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS using standard PDF readers.
What is your refund policy?
Because these are digital products, refunds are available for technical delivery issues or file-access problems when reported within 7 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
What personal data do you collect?
We collect the minimum necessary to process requests (typically your name and email, plus the product you want). Optional analytics cookies are used only if you consent. See our Privacy Policy.
