Answers
Where are you located?

We’re located at 4200 Johnston Rd, Fort Pierce, FL 34951, USA. The studio is by appointment only to keep fittings private and focused.

Do you take walk-ins?

No — fittings and consultations are scheduled by appointment so each client has dedicated time and privacy.

How do I book an appointment?

Use the appointment request form on the Contact page or email the studio. Include your event date and photos for a faster response.

How soon will you reply?

Typically within 1–2 business days. If your date is urgent, please include it in the subject line and consider calling.

What should I bring to a fitting?

Bring the garment, shoes (or matching heel height), and the undergarments/shapewear you plan to wear. For bridal, bring your event details and any accessories that affect fit.

How much do alterations cost?

Pricing depends on construction and complexity. After a pin fitting, you’ll receive a written estimate with a clear scope.

How many fittings will I need?

Many alterations require more than one fitting, especially bridal. The number depends on the changes needed and how the fabric behaves.

Do you do rush work?

Limited rush availability may be possible depending on schedule and the garment’s needs. Share your event date for a feasibility check.

Can you work with lace, beading, and delicate fabrics?

Yes. Work is planned to protect detailed areas, and stabilization is used when needed to reduce stress and keep the finish clean.

Can you add sleeves, straps, or coverage?

Often, yes. Options depend on the gown’s structure and available matching materials. We aim for changes that look intentional and cohesive.

Do you offer custom gowns?

Yes — custom bridal design and made‑to‑measure special‑occasion couture are offered by appointment, with clear milestones and approvals.

Can you incorporate heirloom material into a new piece?

Often, yes. We first assess condition and choose techniques that preserve the original while keeping the new garment stable.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options are discussed at booking. You’ll receive clear information along with your estimate and scope.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Fit and materials vary, and results depend on what the garment allows structurally. The studio provides professional recommendations and transparent decisions rather than guarantees.
